Bin = which budget/portfolio bucket this account counts toward. Set Bin to Portfolio (and link it to its Platform, in the column to the left) for any account actually traded — eToro, Crypto.com, Coinjar, etc. Its balance then always derives live from the Investments + Asset Trades pages instead of being logged here, so there's no duplicate entry to keep in sync. Everything else, log on Transactions → Balances as usual. Click an account's name to see its linked platform's money in/out & limits.
